Fish Soup / Chicken Sauté with Mushrooms / Banana Smoothie
Make your iftar healthy this Ramadan.
Today is already the 6th day of Ramadan. We present you with two delicious and nutritious recipes to complement your healthy diet during Ramadan, along with a refreshing banana smoothie.
Fish Soup
Ingredients:
- 350 g sea bass
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ celery root
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 peppers
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp flour
- 6 cups water
- Salt, black pepper
- Dill
Preparation:
- Grate the celery, onion, garlic, and carrot, and chop the onion. Sauté them in butter, then add the flour and continue frying.
- Pour in the water and boil for 30 minutes.
- Cut the fish into small cubes and add to the pot. Season with salt and pepper, then cook the soup together with the fish for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped peppers and dill, and serve hot.
Chicken Sauté with Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 600 g diced chicken breast
- 300 g mushrooms
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 green peppers
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 tomato
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation:
- Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Sauté the diced chicken over high heat to prevent it from releasing too much liquid.
- Add the chopped green and red peppers and continue sautéing.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 10 minutes until they release and reabsorb their juices.
- Finally, add the peeled and chopped tomato, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Once the tomatoes have reduced, your chicken sauté with mushrooms is ready.
Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients until smooth and pour into a glass. Thanks to the natural sweetness of banana and pineapple, this smoothie is irresistibly delicious. Average calories: ~255.
