As part of the “Year of Solidarity for a Green World,” the “Araz” supermarket chain organized an environmental-themed art contest for children aged 5–15. The aim was to draw the attention of children from different regions of Azerbaijan to environmental issues, foster their love for nature, and achieve significant results in promoting social responsibility.
In addition to Baku, more than 600 artworks were submitted from various regions across the country. Each painting presented at the exhibition conveyed a unique message, reflecting children’s positive attitudes toward nature.
Based on the jury’s decision, 9 children were awarded in three categories. The submitted artworks are currently displayed in the “Children Are Our Future” corner at the “Araz” head office, as well as in various stores of our network.
