On the occasion of World Environment Day, the “Exchange Waste for Gifts” festival was held in White City, organized by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources with the support of the “Araz” supermarket chain. The event took place in front of “Business Center 2020”.
During the festival, citizens handed over recyclable waste and received “Araz” eco-bags, ATC and Bloom products, as well as various gifts. The collected waste included 1,150 liters of plastic, 585 liters of glass, and 2,775 used batteries.
As part of the event, entertaining games and masterclasses were organized for children. By painting eco-bags and canvases, children showcased their creativity while also adopting an environmentally conscious mindset.
The main goal of the festival was to promote proper waste management, expand recycling culture, and increase environmental responsibility within society.
