The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Lithuania to Azerbaijan, Kestutis Vaskelevicius, along with his Deputy, Kristina Baubinaite, visited the head office of the “Araz” supermarket chain.
The guests were welcomed by Chairman of the Board Rashad Ibrahimov, Commercial Director Mustafa Chaglar Kurt, and Head of Private Label and Import Department Nurana Agayeva.
During the meeting, the Ambassador was provided with detailed information about the activities of Veysəloğlu Group of Companies and the “Araz” supermarket chain, including ongoing retail projects and development strategies.
Within the framework of the meeting, the parties discussed establishing direct cooperation with Lithuanian manufacturers, strengthening intercompany relations, organizing business missions, and expanding exclusive distribution opportunities. In addition, views were exchanged on cooperation in private label products, support opportunities in export and logistics, as well as joint projects with the “Xonça” production factory.
The discussions also covered the expansion of imported product categories and the evaluation of potential opportunities for further development of mutual cooperation.
