The “Role Model” project continues at “Araz” supermarket chain, recognizing employees’ contributions and encouraging outstanding performance. As part of the project, Polad Hashimov Express Store was selected as the “Star of the Month at Araz” for August and September.
Hajar Mammadova and Rukhsara Aliyeva, who have contributed to the store’s success and distinguished themselves through their dedication, were named the winners of the project’s employee vote. In recognition of their professionalism, customer-oriented service, and positive contribution to the team, they received certificates and mobile phones from the management.

Hajar Mammadova Ramil gizi — Cashier. She has been working at our company since April 1, 2026.
Rukhsara Aliyeva Aghakishi gizi — Cleaner. She has been working at our company since March 11, 2025.
The main objective of the “Role Model” project is to recognize employees who demonstrate exemplary performance across our stores, enhance their motivation, and strengthen team spirit. Based on the results of the voting held as part of the project, the winners are regularly recognized and rewarded by the management.
