The “Power of Women” project, implemented within the “Araz” supermarket chain to enhance the knowledge and skills of female employees, improve their professionalism, and boost their motivation, continues successfully.
As part of the project, the latest masterclass was held with Ulviya Ismayilova, Head of the Import and Non-food Department. The session was attended by newly recruited and promising female employees of “Araz” stores. Ms. Ismayilova shared her career journey, success stories, and valuable recommendations for professional growth.
It should be noted that the main purpose of the “Power of Women” project is to bring together professional female leaders who have achieved career growth with young female employees newly joining the company. These masterclasses aim to inspire women who are just starting their career paths and to help them develop leadership skills.
