As “Araz” supermarket chain, we have launched a new initiative aimed at strengthening food safety and quality standards. Based on the results of 2025, we identified the TOP 10 “Araz” stores under the “Quality Leader” and “Quality Supporters” nominations.
The evaluation was conducted based on several key criteria:
• Food safety and quality audit results
• Customer complaints and their management
• Government inspection controls and their outcomes
• Customer satisfaction indicators
• Compliance with food safety standards
Based on these indicators, the store with the highest overall performance was selected as the “Quality Leader.” At the same time, nine other stores demonstrating strong performance were recognized as “Quality Supporters,” forming the overall TOP 10 stores of the year.
The winners were awarded certificates, cash prizes, badges, and special plaques.
It should be noted that the main objective of this initiative is to encourage healthy competition among stores, strengthen the culture of food safety, and further enhance the quality of service provided to customers.
