
“Araz” supermarket chain, part of Veyseloglu Group of Companies, continues its “Knowledge Gains Value When Shared” initiative aimed at strengthening knowledge exchange within the company and supporting the professional development of employees through international experience sharing.
Within the framework of the project, a meeting was held with the delegation representing “Araz” supermarket chain who participated in the Packaging Industry Exhibition in Istanbul, as well as business visits organized to Tashkent and Samarkand. During the meeting, knowledge gained from the visits, new trends and technological solutions were discussed, and the acquired experience was shared with employees.
The presentation covered global and regional trends in the packaging industry, their market impact, modern automated packaging technologies and innovative solutions. In addition, the impact of packaging on sales performance and consumer decision-making, sales dynamics in regional markets, and a comparative analysis of consumer behavior were presented to participants.
Practical observations regarding the product assortment, pricing policy and packaging standards in the Uzbekistan market were also shared, along with discussions on the potential application of the acquired experience in the local market.
