The Training and Recruitment Center of the “Araz” supermarket chain, part of Veysəloğlu Group of Companies (VŞQ), has officially started its operations. The opening ceremony was attended by VŞQ’s Founder and CEO, Mr. Aydın Talıbov, Chairman of the Board of “Araz” supermarket chain, Mr. Rəşad İbrahimov, HR & Business Support Director, Mr. Pərviz Qasımov, as well as the management and staff of the Center.
At the ceremony, it was emphasized that as one of the country’s leading retail chains, “Araz” contributes significantly to the preparation and development of qualified specialists in the retail sector. The establishment of the Training and Recruitment Center aims to expand this mission, enhance employees’ professionalism, and improve their knowledge and skills.
The Center will organize training in various areas such as sales, customer service, management, and logistics. Programs have been developed based on international best practices and will be delivered by professional experts. Alongside theoretical knowledge, practical exercises and real-life workplace simulations will also be conducted.
The Center will also serve as a unified hub for managing applications for vacancies, ensuring fast processing of applications, and delivering orientation and advanced training for new recruits.
The Training and Recruitment Center is located at: 25 Məmmədəli Şərifli Street, Nizami District, Baku. Additionally, “Araz” has another Recruitment Center located at: 187 Səməd Vurğun Street, Nasimi District, Baku.
