Araz supermarket chain continues to implement various social responsibility initiatives focused on animal protection and care for stray animals.
As a continuation of its initiatives in this area, the “A Friend Close to Home” project was launched to mark World Stray Animals Day. As part of the project, a visit to an animal shelter was organized with the participation of company employees. During the visit, employees spent time with the animals living at the shelter and provided the shelter with food and various supplies purchased from Araz Zooshop stores, supporting efforts to meet the animals’ needs.
The main goal of the initiative is to contribute to increasing attention and care for stray animals, support their needs, and promote a culture of social responsibility in this area.
