Potato Salad with Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients:
Potatoes, yogurt, mint, dill, salt, pepper, and other spices to taste

Preparation:

  • Boil the potatoes with the skin on, then peel and slice once cooled.
  • Add yogurt, chopped mint, and dill.
  • Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and serve cold.

Chicken and Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:
Cooked chicken breast, fresh cucumber, tomato, lettuce, olive oil, lemon juice or yogurt (optional)

Preparation:

  • Grill or pan-fry the chicken breast and chop it.
  • Dice the cucumber, tomato, and lettuce.
  • Combine everything in a bowl.
  • Add olive oil and lemon juice (or yogurt), season with salt and pepper, and mix. Serve fresh.

Veggie Eggs

Ingredients:
Eggplant, tomato, eggs, olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley, dill

Preparation:

  • Slice and sauté the vegetables in olive oil.
  • Cook the eggs to your preference.
  • Place the eggs over the vegetables and garnish with herbs. Serve warm.
