Requirements

Higher education in the relevant field

Minimum 3 years of work experience in this field

MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Logo-Tiger, Power BI

Language skills: Azerbaijani - excellent, English at a good level

Having analytical thinking, customer orientation, presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

Managing the company's relations with customers under the Bonus Card scheme

Review and analyze sales results on a daily basis

Managing the Araz mobile application and increasing the loyal customer balance of the company through the application

Müştəri əlaqələrinin idarə edilməsi layihələrini idarə etmək və ölkə bazarını araşdıraraq, şirkətin müştəri platformasını yüksəltmək

Analyze customer and sales data, prepare reports on customer relationship management (weekly and monthly customer satisfaction indicators report, bonus card report);

Improve the customer complaints received by the company to the extent that they become a source of valuable customer insight for the business

Bonus Card membership, increasing the use of the card and thus the number of loyal customers.
