Ingredients to be used:
- 2/3 st. round rice
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 x.q. un
- 4 st. yogurt
- 8 st. su
- 25 q. butter
- 2 x.q. mint
- Salt
Preparation:
- After washing the rice thoroughly, add 6 cups of water and cook.
- Pour another bowl of yogurt, egg yolk, flour and water and beat.
- When the rice is cooked, add the yoghurt mixture little by little and mix as often as in a bowl. When it starts to boil, stir for 5-10 minutes and add salt.
- Melt butter in a pan, pour dry mint, mix for 2-3 minutes and set aside.
- Then we add the mint cooked in the same butter to the food and mix it.
