Fish soup/ Saute chicken with mushrooms/ Banana smoothie

Make your iftar healthy during Ramadan.

Today is the 6th day of Ramadan. We offer 2 delicious and healthy recipes that will complement a healthy diet in Ramadan, as well as a banana smoothie recipe.

Fish soup

Ingredients:
- 350 grams of perch;
- 2 tablespoons butter;
- half a celery;
- 1 onion;
- 1 root;
- 2 peppers;
- 5 cloves garlic;
- 1 tablespoon flour;
- 6 glasses of water;
- salt, pepper;
- dill;

Preparation:
Grate celery, onion, garlic and carrot and chop the onion. Then fry them in oil and pour the flour there and continue to fry. Add water and boil for 30 minutes. Cut the fish into small cubes and pour into the pot. Add salt and pepper and cook the soup with the fish for 10 minutes. Serve hot with chopped pepper and dill.

Saute chicken with mushrooms

- 600 g of chicken fillet per bird;
- 300 g of mushrooms;
- 3 tablespoons olive oil;
- 2 green peppers;
- 2 bell peppers;
- 1 tomato;
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper;
- 1 teaspoon thyme;
- 1 teaspoon salt.

Preparation:
1. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Sell 600 g of chopped chicken fillet on a high heat to prevent the water from drying out.
2. Next, add 2 chopped green and red peppers and continue to simmer;
3. Add 300 g of chopped mushrooms and sauté for 10 minutes until the water is absorbed;
4. Finally, add 1 peeled and chopped tomato, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground pepper and 1 teaspoon thyme.
5. Cook for 15 minutes.
6. If the tomatoes are juicy, then your chicken breast with mushrooms is ready.
 

Banana smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 banana;
- 1 pineapple;
- milk.
Pass all ingredients through a blender and fill into a glass. Thanks to the natural sugar of bananas and pineapples, you will not be satisfied with the taste of this smoothie. The average caloric intake is 255.
